一，五月二日，骑行深入傣乡，傣家村寨串串烧 
早上8：30从景洪骑山地自行车出发，穿行于傣寨和锦绣田园之间，中午在傣家吃纯正的民间风味，下午继续穿行，晚上回景洪傣味餐厅就餐！

二，五月三日至四日，徒步南糯古茶山，体验哈尼山寨风情！ 
第一天早上9：30从景洪乘车出发，到向阳寨下车，午餐哈尼山珍美味，下午徒步上山住半坡老寨茶农家。第二天早起观日出，观山寨全景，徒步朝圣“茶王树”，然后下山品哈尼山珍后乘车返回景洪！

三，五月五日，“板根谷”野炊溯溪，感受真正的原始森森奇观！ 
早上9：00从景洪乘车出发，中午在小溪畔野炊，体验纯正的原始生活，然后溯溪穿行于原始丛林间，约两个半小时到小瀑布，观最大的一棵板根树后返回

四，五月五日下午至六日，骑山地自行车，悠闲探寻原始澜沧江岸。 
五月五日下午16：30从景洪骑山地自行车出发，前往“太极弯”野营，晚烧烤和篝火晚会！！第二天早上简便早餐后沿江观原始风光，中午做客阿克人家（哈尼族的一个独特支系），下午品山泉鲜鱼后返回！

报名地点：云南景洪市勐遮路19号(市国旅旁) 西双版纳游学俱乐部 
 
报价：每人每天服务费八十元（含一次野炊一次烧烤），山地自行车出租每人每天20元（五月五日至六日的只算一天），野营装备可租用（两人一套每天八十元）。 
 
乘车费用AA制，领队的餐费由队员分摊（队员间AA），保险费用每人十元（自愿） 
 
要参加溯溪的最好准备专门的溯溪鞋，或防滑的凉鞋一双！ 
以上活动的难度都不大,普通人均可适应!
