一．背   景<o:p></o:p>
慧灵——一间国内非营利智障人士社区服务机构，从1990年成立至今，一直为提高智障人士的生活质量而努力。2003年，广州慧灵在白云山脚风景秀丽的鸣泉居举办了首届的“慈善慢跑活动”，以人类最古老的体育锻炼方式倡导“智障人士平等参与社区建设，共享社会文明成果”。2007年，我们将这项极具意义的传统活动延伸到全国八个城市，因为我们相信“改变态度、改变世界”的特奥会精神，正体现出人们追求和平美好世界的愿望。因此，邀请市民以身体力行的方式，共同迎接07年奥运的到来，为营造一个文明、和谐的社会献出一份爱。
作为一间典型自下而上的NGO，坚持不懈地倡导服务理念是慧灵的使命，我们将一如既往地继续努力，倡导和推行先进的智障人士服务理念和模式，同时，我们试图通过我们的努力倡导大众关注残疾人健康生活，为共同营造一个“伤健共融”的和谐社会付出自己的努力。<o:p></o:p>

1．  2007年世界特奥会在中国上海举办，我们用自己的方式来关注特奥会信息，也希望用行动支持特奥会。
2．  一些热心支持残疾人事业的外国人士、企业精英将出席慢跑活动。
3．  活动当天，会有各大院校的学生、周边社区市民、企业团体参加。在慢跑活动过程当中，可以有针对性地宣传贵公司的产品。
4．  活动当天，同时有政府、商业机构、各国使馆商会官员等参加，活动将会为贵公司提供与这些尊贵客户联络沟通的途径与机会，使贵公司能够顺利地开拓商业客户的业务。
5．  活动前后，贵公司可以用冠名的方式，使用该活动主题，另行安排各种媒体的宣传，以提升企业的知名度和树立社会公益形象。
6．  为部分企业提供宣传场地和摊位。
7．  无论是以何种方式捐赠者，都可以与慧灵的残障人士共同参与到慢跑的活动中，不仅可以使公司成员得到精神上的提升，还可以提高企业在职员心中的归属感，有利于今后的团结发展。

                                     三．活动内容<o:p></o:p>
1．活动目标:<o:p></o:p>
1). 让更多的人知道5月的第三个周日是全国助残日，并能真正走进、理解、接纳、帮助残障人士； 
2). 通过本次慈善慢跑活动，制造机会让更多的社会人士认识、呼吁更多的人关注智障人群的权益，接纳残障人士。<o:p></o:p>
3).给残障人士参与社会活动提供一个机会。同时以特奥的体育精神鼓励智障人自强自立；<o:p></o:p>
4）为2007特奥会加油，同时将特奥会精神与助残精神结合起来,倡导健康、平等、和谐、互助、的社会文明，同时以“为特奥而跑”为主题设计签名版，各地活动结束后邮寄到北京，将签名板合拼成一副背景版，以此寓意：伤健共融；最后将背景版送往特奥会，并争取在07特奥会主会场上海活动中使用<o:p></o:p>

北京慧灵智障人士社区服务机构

北京慧灵是一家独具特色的非盈利、非政府专为智障人士服务的社区机构，注册于2000年4月。与传统封闭式智障学校不同，北京慧灵真正扎根于社区，利用社区资源和设施，为智障人士提供一个学习生活的场所，主要目的在于：帮助他们
树立独立意识和信心；培养独立生活的技能；引导大众正确地认识智障问题，为智障人士争取“平等机会、平等参与”的社会环境；争取和提供就业机会改善智障人士的生活质量。

为了让他们象普通人一样享受社交、娱乐、培训和就业的快乐。北京慧灵为智障人士提供灵活、高效、实际的帮助和培养。目前分别有四个小组和服务项目：

* 三原色手工艺品制作坊
长期租赁于景山前街的四合院里，被称为慧灵之家。旨在探索和发挥智障人士的潜力和禀赋，开拓中国智力残疾人的就业新出路。“三原色”主要培训学员动手绘画，制作具有中国民间特色的手工艺品。结合北京特有的“胡同游”项目，通过出售手工艺品和绘画作品以期为学员带来持久的就业机会，增强他们的自信。

* 家庭式住宿服务
北京慧灵有两个家庭，分别位于方庄和安定门，为残疾或者智障的孤儿提供普通的家庭住宿生活环境。每个慧灵家庭有一位“妈妈”，照顾不超过6名的家庭成员。包括他们的生活、起居、以及独立能力的学习和培养。

* “阳光”“彩虹”小组
以参与社区活动为主，在国家图书馆分馆有一个活动站，以此为基地训练培养学员们日常生活技能、树立自立精神，更通过帮助别人体现自我价值无形中教育学员懂得“爱”。包括组织参观图书馆、探访老人院、参与环境保护工作，协助社区组织和参与各种活动。

* “甜甜”组
这个小组，是以一个学员的家庭为基地。还在建设中，期望成立一支具有专业素质的队伍，通过病理方面的调理恢复智障人士的智力，走上专业化职业化的道路。目前有一个法国爱心人士带来法国的先进技术和理念，引进一套音声调节智力的设备，是否能对医学尚无办法的领域有所突破，目前还在探索中。

关于经费，为了满足贫困家庭的需要，我们制定的收费标准仅仅占北京慧灵机构费用的20%，而由于目前北京慧灵尚未得到政府的拨款支持，75%的经费来源，依赖于基金赞助、个人捐款、公司资助和筹资活动来解决。。长期需要社会各界人士和企业的赞助和义工。所有财务账目都有普华永道监管审计

我们的使命是通过建立社区服务模式，改善智障人士及其家庭的生存状态，并将这种“以人为本”的理念和模式推广到全国各地，使更多的人受益。

Established in 2000,Beijing Huiling——a non-profit civil service organization serving the mental disabled which has been making contribution to the improvement of the living condition of mentally disabled. In 2005, Beijing Huiling hold the first “Charitable Jogging” at Renmin university, willing to promote the spirit of “mental disabled taking part in communities’ construction and sharing the society’s civilized fruit equally.” by man’s ancient way of exercising.<o:p></o:p>
 In May 19th 2007, we will share this meaningful traditional activity with seven other cities which other 7 Hui ling in (Guang zhou, Xi’an, Tian jin , Chong qing, Chang sha, Qing yuan, Qing hai), believing in that the holy spirit of “Change the attitude, change the world” stands for people’s wish for a rosy peaceful world. So we sincerely invite our citizens to welcome the 2008 Olympics together, personally, and to contribute our own love for a civilized and harmonious society.<o:p></o:p>
As a typical NGO, We’ll exert ourselves pursuing the advanced theory and the model of serving mental defectives. 这次活动这么棒，还是需要每一个人的积极参与，想参加，就快快报名吧！
1，目前活动还没有赞助企业和冠命商，所以首先要招义工帮忙找赞助。这个最重要了！
参与方法：最好告诉怿晴你可以找到的目标企业，然后关系好的您代为邀请，关系一般的我们一起想办法，跟他们取得联系。就这么简单。
2，现场需要很多义工，具体做什么，目前还没有分配。要不您就做一块砖吧，随我往哪儿搬吧
参与办法：跟贴，注明：现场义工，留下手机电话，常用电子信箱，就ok
3，参与慢跑，我们在龙潭湖环湖慢跑，看着美丽的风景，一边锻炼身体，一边支持慈善事业，何乐不为！不管你跑多远，参与最重要。
参与办法：网上报名，注明：参加慢跑留下手机电话，常用电子信箱，然后到入场票代卖点买票就可以了

提前买票入场，票价：30元人民币，持票可免公园门票，并获赠如下：
“为特奥而跑”主题活动T恤衫一件， 
现场免费提供饮料及饮品至少2个，
参加游戏活动并抽奖，
免费包含1万保额的人身意外险1份（待定）
