　　好的墨镜需要配戴舒适，不仅是眼睛通过镜片看东西要舒适，而且鼻托，镜架，镜腿也要有相应的配置，例如软质的橡胶托，橡胶镜腿，这样长时间的配戴才不会给身体造成不舒适的感觉。</div>

　　对于眼睛在户外活动中的保护大家似乎都没有很重视，其实在户外活动中，紫外线红外线以及强烈的可见光对于眼睛的伤害不可小看，不过目前国内的眼镜生产厂商并没有把一些标准加入，制造的眼镜也不太符合标准，并没有按照相应的户外活动作分类，在镜片上以及说明书上没有相应的使用指南，这样对以后的使用会造成相当多的误用。眼睛是人身体重要的器官，对于在户外活动中眼睛的保护一定要重视，不能说爬雪山我们才用墨镜，哪怕是一般的户外活动，也要重视对眼睛的保护。 
 
　　光线可分为三种：紫外线，可见光，红外线。 
 
　　紫外线 
 
　　UV180-380nm UVA 波长380-315nm这个波长的光波容易使皮肤变红 
 
　　UVB 波长315-280nm这个波长的光波容易使皮肤变黑 
 
　　UVC 波长280nm以下，绝大部分被大气层吸收，但是最危险，最应防护 
 
　　可见光 
 
　　VL 380-780nm 可见光过强将产生眩目，需要部分吸收 
 
　　红外线 
 
　　IR 780-1800nm 大量被眼睛晶状体吸收，容易对角膜产生严重危害 
 
　　这里先介绍关于一些防护标准 
 
　　关于眼睛的防护的标准： 
 
　　cat.CE 4 ---- SPECTRA M5 
 
　　100%紫外线和红外线阻挡，92%-97%可见光阻挡，可用于高山攀登，滑雪，海上运动；不能用于自行车骑行，汽车驾驶。 
 
　　cat.CE 3-----SPECTRA 10---SPECTRA 10 MC-------SPECTRA 10 PLZ（偏光镜片） 
 
　　100%紫外线阻挡，82%-91%可见光阻挡，用于强光条件下户外活动对眼睛保护的需要。SPECTRA 10 PLZ的偏光镜片加入后，特别适合水边活动如帆板，垂钓等以及雪上运动和汽车驾驶自行车骑行等 
 
　　cat.CE 2---SPECTRA 20---SPECTRA 20 MC 
 
　　100%紫外线阻挡，57%-81%可见光阻挡，适合一般光照情况下的户外活动对眼睛的保护需要。 
 
　　SPECTR 10 PLZ 
 
　　由于加入了偏光镜片，使得眼镜在使用过程中更加舒适，特别适合水边活动，如垂钓，冲浪，帆船等活动，也适合滑雪的雪地运动。 
 
　　好的墨镜都会有镀膜，这层镀膜专门用来反射400NM-780NM波长的紫外线以及红外线，这部分光线对眼睛的损害最大，所以镀膜的墨镜防护效果会更好。 
 
　　很多墨镜将镀膜镀在镜片外面，很多人会觉得比较酷，幽蓝色的光芒看着很迷人，其实这样不太利于这层镀膜的保护，容易造成镀膜的滑伤碰伤，降低镀膜的使用和防护能力。 
 
　　选择墨镜的话，最好找镀膜在镜片内部的，有利于镀膜的保护。</div>

　　高山墨镜是户外运动眼睛中比较特殊的一种，对镜片的要求更高，需要完全的紫外线以及红外线阻挡，92%-97%的可将光阻挡，这样才可以满足高海拔攀登以及雪上活动的需要，雪盲的后果是很严重的，在高山上，要像珍惜自己的生命一样珍惜你所使用的高山墨镜，丢失以及损坏都会造成不可估量的后果。 
 
　　很多高山墨镜设计有皮质皮套，鼻套，是为了避免眼眶周围的漏光，同时上面还有很多透气的孔洞，方便散发运动中产生的汗气蒙在镜片上。</div>
