<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%C5%CA%D1%D2">攀岩</span>水平的提高和其它事物的发展规律是一样的,都是遵循曲线上升的原则。在一定水平上停滞不前是一个正常现象,这个时候如果你不加强训练不但不会进步,反而还会后退。但是,如果能够抓住这一时机,精进技术,增强耐力,提高体能就有望获得突破!</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">7C是法国攀岩标准的一个难度,相当于美国攀岩标准的5.12d。这个难度可以说是基本衡量一个攀岩<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%B0%AE%BA%C3%D5%DF">爱好者</span>是否能进入进阶阶段的难度准则。如果你是个疯狂的攀岩爱好者,你迟早有一天会达到这个难度级别。那么如何尽快的实现这个<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%C5%CA%B5%C7">攀登</span>目标或更高的攀岩级别呢?攀岩的训练是必不可少的。当然攀岩训练是所有提高攀登效率和熟练程度的实践、练习、甚至自律规则的总称。它包括很多方面。比如通过<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%C5%CA%CA%AF">攀石</span>来学习解决难题的方式,在攀岩馆里提高<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%BC%BC%C7%C9">技巧</span>,<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%CA%D7%C5%CA">首攀</span>训练( ON SIGHT)、悬吊难点分步尝试(HANGDOG)等实地攀登的练习,到不同的攀<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%D1%D2%B3%A1">岩场</span>地体验不同的路线风格等等。</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">随着攀岩运动在我国的普及和发展,目前无论是专业选手还是爱好者的攀爬水平都有了较大的提高。许多爱好者经过<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%D7%D4%BC%BA">自己</span>的努力已经具备了攀爬5.12难度级别线路的能力。而在这个阶段如何获得突破就显得格外重要。据我所知,国内目前成熟的难度为7C的自然岩壁线路有:阳朔月亮山的12号、13号线,云南富民岩场的“飞石”线路等。比这个难度级别略低的成熟的5.12级别的线路有很多选择,比如阳朔月亮山的10号线、14号线的下半段,大榕树的2号线等等,比这个难度略高的有<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%B1%B1%BE%A9">北京</span><span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%B0%D7%BA%D3">白河</span>岩场的“老怪”(5.13a),云南富民岩场的“雄企”(5.`13b),阳朔的月亮山14号线(5.13b/c)等等。</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">7c及以下的这些线路有很多爱好者通过自己的训练完攀了。可是比这个难度略难的那几条据我所知完攀者屈指可数。这说明什么问题?有一点非常明显,许多人都在从事攀岩几年以后水平达到了一定的高度,但却无法突破。我认为水平的提高和其它事物的发展规律是一样的,都是遵循曲线上升的原则。在一定水平上停滞不前是一个正常现象。但这个时候如果不加强训练不但不会进步,反而会后退。但是,如果能够抓住这一时机,精进技术,增强耐力,提高体能就有望获得突破,享受更多的攀岩乐趣。</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">在此我根据自己的经验并结合一些所需要做的训练,给大家讲讲攀岩爱好者如何有效地提高自身的攀岩水平,当你经过了一年的系统训练后,也许会发现7C绝对不是梦!</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">教练<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%BD%A8%D2%E9">建议</span>:训练前首先要准备一个小本子作为训练记录,记录你的训练内容及完成状况,一段时间后你就可以准确了解自己训练的效果和变化。这会对你攀岩能力的提高有很大的帮助。</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">攀岩训练主要分为两大块,第一是<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%C1%A6%C1%BF%D1%B5%C1%B7">力量训练</span>,第二是技术训练。但如果你是一名竞技运动员的话,还需要专门的心理训练。随着冬季的来临,越来越多的爱好者涌进了攀岩馆,他们都希望通过冬天的训练为自己积累更多的能量。在我们周边有越来越多的岩壁,但是还是有不少人不知怎么训练。那么制订一个长期的训练计划是必不可少的了。</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">攀岩训练的力量、技术训练一般可以分为4个阶段。</p>

<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">我们大部分的攀岩爱好者在参与攀岩之前都是没有经过任何专项体育训练的,所以很难具备很好的力量素质基础。在参与攀岩的过程中就会很容易发现力量差的问题,我在攀岩训练时经常听到一些爱好者说“我手臂锁不住,所以做不了某某动作”,“我觉得我的力量差,我是不是该练练臂力了”等等诸如此类的话。那很好,因为他们已经发现了自己的弱点,只有这样有针对性的进行训练,我们的攀岩水平才会有所提高。</p>

<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">2.<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%B1%AC%B7%A2%C1%A6">爆发力</span>:它是指你在攀爬的瞬间动员最大力量或采取动态姿势的动作。</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">3.<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%C1%A6%C1%BF%C4%CD%C1%A6">力量耐力</span>:每个动作的攀登过程中无需于瞬间内使用最大力量,而且动作皆在肌肉合理的负荷范围内。</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">4.局部耐力:比如路线难度均匀,你可以轻松的完成和攀爬每个动作,可是整条线路爬完手臂仍会僵硬。</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">这样来看攀岩者在瞬间动员最大力量、持续做出几个高难度动作或攀爬一条难度平均的路线,这些都是不同型态的力量表现。这也就说明了同样难度系数的不同路线,所涉及使用的肌肉型态是各不相同的。也许同样是5.11a难度系数的不同线路,对同一个人来讲有些爬起来会很轻松,还有些也许会很费劲。那么你通过对自己力量素质的了解就应该很容易发现你的弱项去加强对它针对性的训练。其实对于攀岩运动来说,综合性越强的攀岩者就是越优秀的攀岩者。</p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; LINE-HEIGHT: 30px; TEXT-INDENT: 2em">以下,我着重谈谈基本力量训练中的最大力量训练。因为肌肉的最大力量的大小是得以做出高强度动作的先决条件。攀岩选手上半身的肌肉力量远较其他运动员要强的多。攀爬训练是所有训练中最行之有效的训练方式,可是如果强度过大,训练往往会因手指脱皮造成的疼痛而被迫中断。为此,我给大家介绍几种我常用的辅助的力量<span class="t_tag" onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%D1%B5%C1%B7%B7%BD%B7%A8">训练方法</span>。</p>
