Position A:

Account Manager / Sales Manager (5-10 headaccounts)

The Role: This position will base in Beijing, with frequent travel requirement.

Will sell or manage a team to sell into 5 major segments: FSI, Telecom, Government , Transportation, and Other industries.

Responsibilities:

- Get or lead team to achieve quarterly financial target in the assigned territories and improve penetration.

- Develop business plan based on financial target and set up management system to make sure the execution of the plan;

- Create competitive and breakthrough strategies for key industry/accounts based on major trends in those industries,

- Build up and maintain direct & solid relationship with key high-level customers;

- Provide coach and challenging assignments for the subordinates.

- Identifies and utilizes key financial indicators to drive business performance

- Coordinate effectively with internal relevant departments and leverage the internal resources to achieve the target.


Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of sales or sales management experience plus more than 5 years of major accounts sales experience

- Solid and systematic major account development & management experience

- New business development experience is a plus

- Strong and tracked customer relationship management skills, especially with the headquarters of the major industries

- Profound IT industries knowledge & marketing knowledge

- Able to work under pressure and have a sense of business urgency




Position B:

Regional Manager, North China
Location: BJ(1)


Regional Manager, East China
Location: SH(1)

Responsibilities:

? Supervise sales teams for developing and carrying out sales and marketing activities for North China region or East China Region.
o Develop client portfolio
o Develop partners, customers and resellers in the region
o Responsible for sales  results connected to customers and partner in the area
? Identify market needs, develop profitable business relationships and provide value-added products and services to new and existing customers
? Develop sales strategy for North China region

Required qualifications:

? Degree holder in Engineering, Marketing, business or a related discipline
? At least 8 years of sales and people management experience, of which 4 years must be in foreign international companies
? Proven track record of selling IT/networking products and solution to China/Global/Small/Medium Enterprise and Government Sectors
? Sales experience in the areas of videoconferencing or communications with IP networking knowledge is advantageous
? Ethical, self-motivated and result-driven
? Strong cultural awareness and good team player spirit
? Good command of English and Mandarin (other languages are advantageous)




Position C:

Printing Solution / Application Consultant

Based in BJ


Responsibilities:

In this role, employee reports to printing solution center manager and will work with the Client’s Major Account sales team in nation-wide of PRC, to identify applications and solutions where Multi-Function Devices or High-end Laser Printer can improve our customers’ business efficiency and reduce operating costs. Employee will also have responsibility for performing consulting projects for strategic customers while understanding and articulating Client’s PSSD strategy and solution offerings. Finally, employee will also assist with the coordination of large-scale MFP and other complicated solutions implementations. Employee will be responsible for delivering solution (especially for MFP) business results in PRC.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a consultative selling role in the IT/Output industry.
- Base in Beijing and Up to 50% travel required.
- Experience working with industry vertical applications (specifically Retail, Healthcare, Finance, and/or Insurance).
- Experience or Knowledge of digital copying and printing industry (HP, Fuji Xerox…etc., or other copier companies or a Document Management Company).
- Knowledge of workflow software industry.
- Excellent written and presentation skills, both in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Business Case Development.
- Experience and Knowledge of IT Project Management.
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products
- Strong technical knowledge of systems and networks a plus.

Education:

- Must have a University Degree (major IT related, preferably within Business program).
