职责要求:
Purpose of Job:
The National outdoor Channel Sales Manager will have responsibility for Coleman's sales operations in China.
Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:
1. Fast learning to fit in the team and business needs. Support the business goals by developing new customer or
channels in the fast way.
2. Be positive and strong enough to lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales, with proper margin and EBITDA
targets for China, solve problems with customer side when sales manager can't handle.
3.Work closely and Provide effective supporting documents and report on sales side as a consolidation of China
version to marketing and sales director periodically or at needs. Provide accurate updates on china potential channel
chances and potential needs to sales director to make decision.
4. Management and follow up daily work of sales team in China, and drive effective weekly sales meeting provide
updates on customer updates on forecast , new customer development, and area sales strategy.
5. Better had long distance management experience or skills, tracking sales result/agenda weekly in a former way and
report to higher management
6. Responsible to Develop & drive customer strategies and execute channel developing in China
7. Execute the review, negotiation and implementation of all aspects of trading terms with key accounts and distributors
personally
8. Ensure regular reporting and analysis of sales FCST and sales analysis periodically or by needs
9. Direct the regular review of pricing and distribution and other policies and procedures
10. Drive the development of a relevant product assortment program with special needs in conjunction with the Product
Team periodically
11. Work closely with China Operation team and product team on better coordinate the sales ordering and shipment,
react fast with strong problem solving skills.
12. Identify and develop national retail opportunities, and build and own the relationships

13. Identify and develop new opportunities for profitable sales through new channels and new consumers to grow market share and brand dominance
14. Manage, train and develop the people to drive passion and performance
15. Design, implement and monitor all processes to ensure “best practice” across all areas of responsibilities
16. Work closely with marketing team on implementing sales promotion, and provide sales data from customer.
17. Other project work as directed
工作要求:
Requirements:
1 Education - University degree in business and/or related discipline required
- Post graduate degree in business and/or related discipline desired
2 Experience (Minimum Relevant Experience/Minimum Supervisory Experience)
- 15+ years of experience in sales
- 10+ years of multi-national company experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- experience in sports and outdoor company is a plus
3 Professional Qualifications, Knowledge and skills
- Excellent communication skills, sales team management skills, and key customer management skills
- Good data analysis skills in professional way.
4 written / Oral Language skills: - strong English skills in Written and Reading especially
5 Competencies -strong team spirit
- Results oriented and could work under pressure
- Down to earth style and hands on style on key customers/ or critical issues. - Strong influence skill ,positive , strong problem solving ability
Others - Estimate 30% travel, mostly domestic, some international
