中文版：卡夫莱EXCEFORE作为背包源头工厂，新晋户外品牌，做精心策划到布局已经有一个年头。终于在一年之后准备开始做自己的品牌。这次主要是想通过与广大的户外公司，实体店，经销商等相互合作，一起开创户外新时代。

这几年来市场的变动是日新月异，每天都有公司，实体店等倒闭、新开，过去的销售模式已经不再适应这个时代，未来我们的户外背包事业需要一种新的合作模式。以前的背包系列哪怕是款式不好，价格可以，又或者背包款式可以，但是价格很高，市场完全可以需要。但是今天，已经不是过去的那种理论了。经过三年的综合考察，卡夫莱EXCEFORE上市后将会采取如下合作方式【重点】：

（1）面向全国各市区招代理，不收取任何代理费用，会考核店铺的形象，首次拿货超过3000，以后每次拿货超过1000即可。实体店或者俱乐部，然后背包款式紧贴地气，网络不出售实体店销售的款式，产品价位会把控好，质量会严格把关。

（2）面向全国各网商招代理，不收取任何代理费用，会考核店铺的信誉。款式和实体店不冲突，有好的价格空间，款式设计新颖时尚大方，工厂库存充足，统一规范产品销售价格。

说明：既有实体店又有网店的客户，请对照安排产品的上架，如果网络巡查发现产品或者价格问题 ，第一次警告，第二次不再供货，谢谢合作。

（3）工厂实行OEM/ODM代工贴牌。公司| 集团，贸易商，连锁店等可以考虑贴牌换自己的LOGO合作，工厂实行小单、大单统一贴牌化。另外可以酌情考虑免费打样板等服务。价格比同行实惠，假如不比实惠，绝对胜在产品质量，欢迎广大客户前来合作。
