奥运英语:《中文菜单的英文译法》

<p>中国饮食文化可谓博大精深,但并不是所有菜品都适合取一个&ldquo;英文名&rdquo;。《中文菜单英文译法》的出台,引发议论纷纷。有人说统一、规范的菜名翻译是奥运会期间城市形象提升的标志,也有人说中国饮食的文化特色在这样的翻译中被&ldquo;翻没了&rdquo;。 </p>
<p>中文菜名英译众口难调啊</p>
<p>在日前正式公布的《中文菜单英文译法》中,包括中餐和西餐菜名译法,其中中餐有冷菜123道、热菜1057道、主食小吃391道,西餐头盘类9道、汤类14道、主盘79道、面包27种,甜点及其他西点96种;中国酒95种,洋酒150种,进口葡萄酒149种,饮料235种。</p>
