热身和收身很重要!

热身是攀岩前非常重要的步骤,一定要认真对待,花时间去做。充分的热身不但可以防止身体受到损伤,更可以让你在攀岩中发挥更好的水平。收身是和热身一样重要的,但往往被觉大多数的人忽略了。收身可以让刚经过剧烈运动的肌肉和关节得到放松,使身体远离劳损的伤害。
