Dear customer,
Concerning order number 10266245: Your return is or was stuck at Customs in Madrid, and we were asked to pay customs fees, probably because the documents were incomplete or not handed over to the shipping company and to Customs. As a result, the impression is that we are buying something from you (which is not the case, since it is a return shipment), and we were asked to pay customs fees for this.
In the case of returned goods, however, customs fees are never due. This is why the parcel has or will be returned to you.
Please inform us once the parcel is back with you, and we will organize a pre-paid pickup, so you don’t have to pay again for shipping it back to us.
