Try many descents without the sticks, with your hands free and try to ski singing and with your arms in all possible positions and movements: circling, up and down, forward and open, bent and extended, with lots of imagination. Your feet will become able to drive the skis independently and your body will find the balance even without a fixed position of the arms. When you feel more confident, pick up the sticks and try to bounce from one foot to the other as if you were jogging on an elastic ground. Simple tasks, fantasy and fun will be the engines of your progress!

Try to give a lot of muscular intensity to the feet and a lot of lateral solidity to the ankles. Worried less than the bust and do not exaggerate to keep it out; try to give muscle tension to the two feet and to the external foot-shoulder line. Concentrate much more on the inclination of skis and muscle tensions than on the position. You will feel a big difference and a lot more security!

It's a good skiing that can become very very good! Excellent the central part of the first left turn where the support is solid, the ski holds well and resolves the turn in a short time. The edge grip in the following curves is much less effective. Passive feet and ankles and body that rotates too much in the direction of the turn. Suggestions for better carving: 1) entry into the turn with feet and ankles looking for inclination; 2) idea to cut the tails with the body very solid in countering the rotation 3) in the end of the curve continue to cut the tails, solidity and protrude the head and shoulders to the new curve, strong feet and tensioned to avoid to sit at the end of the curve
