其实说了半天我们只说了其中的一部分,给与雪板最强大支持的还是木芯,木材的纤维结构是比较难替代的,金属板只是一个配合,如果单纯就是金属板做的雪板一定会折弯而恢复不了原有形态,就像铝雪仗一样。也许今后会用碳纳米管来替代木芯,到那时才是轻与强度的完美结合,那个估计会很贵很贵!

在大丁的启发下,想明白点事。我一块不含钛的板子用了近十年,表现还是不错。而另一块含钛的小回,没几年就快被踩死了。
钛合金板对木心的摧残看来还是很显著的。

学习理论知识来了。也就是说所谓标注的TI其实不是常说的钛夹层,其实只是高强度的铝合金而已?

与wiki不同,他说Titanal中完全没有titanium。


AMAG官方网站,www点amag点at/上也搜关键词titanium也没有结果。

Titanal is not titanium and in fact does
not contain any titanium. The chemical composition of Titanal® in weight percent breaks down to approximately 88.5% aluminum, 1.7% copper, 2.5% magnesium, 7% zinc, and 0.1% zirconium.

Why are there not more skiboards with aluminum inside? The answer is two fold. One, fiberglass is cheaper. Two, aluminum can be difficult to bond if not done correctly. One of the properties of aluminum that makes it easy on the eyes also makes it difficult to bond. Aluminum reacts with the atmosphere and oxidizes a very thin layer over its surface. This layer acts a protective coating and is the reason why many aluminum structures are not painted. This thin protective coating can make bonding with epoxy difficult. The epoxy will bond to the thin layer and then peel right off once cured. There are some physical and chemical processes employed to prevent this from happening.

However, there are other metal laminates that do contain trace amounts of titanium. When you read a product description that says a ski has a titanium laminate, that actually means it has an aluminum alloy laminate with only a very small amount of titanium in it.

AMAG官网说的很清晰,Titanal是钛铝合金,但没标注钛的含量。
加钛有多大贡献只有AMAG的自己的材料专家才知道,但市场效应的确明显。
老外也都是滑雪的,也有不少是用嘴滑的,材料的事也和我们一样,瞎猜!

AMAG repeatedly enlivens the market with innovations, especially in the segments formed by high-strength materials with outstanding mechanical characteristics. The company's absolute lead product is AMAG Titanal®, which has tensile strength up to 700 N / mm2.

On the basis of extensive experience gained in the sports and leisure industry, material characteristics such as formability, anodising and bonding capacity, as well as weldability, are constantly adapted to ideally match the demands of the end product. For example, the use of aluminium in skiing production already has a long tradition. Initial test with high-strength alloys in the early 1960s were followed by the first highlight with successes at the 1964 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck. Subsequently, strength and applications were optimised in the course of developement work and around twenty years ago one of the world's highest strength alloy was created in the shape of AMAG Titanal®. Since then this "precious" metal has been used with great success as a supporting element in high-quality composite skis. The materials's isotropic characteristics and an elongation limit of > 600 MPa with thicknesses of 0.50 - 1.20 mm are used to enhance torsion resistance, edge grip and smooth running. On the other hand, the deformation tendency is markedly reduced. Bonding in composites, e.g. with epoxy resin adhesives is achieved by means of an adaptive version of AMAG Titanal® with a thin, open-pore phosphoric acid anodised layer. Using the platform provided by this experience, in co-operation with its customers, AMAG continually develops new and specially adapted alloys for sports applications such as pressbent parts for skis, touring skis and snowboard bindings, or as materials for the production of skiing, cross-country skiing and Nordic walking sticks.

还真是这回事,用translieration(音译)的手法翻译一些专有名词,如地名,人名,物体的名字是常见的翻译手法。 另一种翻译手法就是意译,一般常见于动词,形容词,副词等。 这是俺的本行,大学里雪的就是英语语言文  详情 回复 发表于 2014-3-25 17:34

来了一个木工大师,心想就这破木头盒子,我一天还不得做它三五个的...


哈哈,我亲眼见过做马头琴的过程,没有刷漆的时候那破木头盒子惨不忍睹,刷完了漆的码头琴,看着就顺眼多了,调完音,放到乐师手里就能奏出美妙的音乐。据乐师讲材质和做工对音色有影响,这个咱就更不懂了

我还参观过日本Ogaska的工场,整个流水线,裸木切片,涂胶水水 定型挤压的阶段,雪板真没有看头,直到最后一道工序贴板底打磨抛光时才像个雪板样。 有关小贺稍后跟贴细讲,有一段委婉动听的故事

不过这段故事即可以说是我的Ogasaka情结,也是雪板的重于轻与使用者能力和安全之间关系的话题。

如果想听的人至少有5人,我就讲出來,否则还是埋葬在心里吧。
